This is the earcup that has no buttons/controls. o Ensure the Mic Boom is fully plugged into the correct jack. o Ensure that PS3/PS4 Chat settings are configured: * PS4: Go to Settings>Devices>Audio Devices and select USB Headset (Stealth 500P). Go back one screen to “Adjust Microphone Level” and follow the on-screen calibration instructions. * PS3: Go to Settings>Accessory Settings>Audio Device Settings and select the headset as the default input and output device.. o If the bar moves when you speak into the mic, the mic is working properly.
